The Independent Food Aid Network (IFAN), Sustain’s Right to Food Programme, Feeding Britain, and the University of York are hosting a webinar discussion on structural inequalities, immigration policies and the impact on the ability of migrants to afford food.
The panel discussion will focus on the food insecurity experiences of people with no recourse to public funds, asylum seekers, refugees and migrants, asking how experiences have been shaped by existing structural inequalities in our society.
Panellists will include Annette James of Micah Liverpool and a member of the Feeding Liverpool steering group, plus experts by experience representing the Govan Community Project, Food for All Group and Brighter Futures.
